DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by Royal Mail or National Carrier depending on size and weight.
On receiving the order we will contact you to confirm whether the item is available for immediate dispatch or not either by phone or e-mail. In stock items are normally dispatched within 14days, but if you have not received them within 28days please contact us.

RETURNS

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return any items that are ordered either incorrectly or prove to be unsuitable. A refund to the value of the item purchased (not including any carriage charge) will be made once we have received the items back in a good and unused condition. Please note that certain items of a personal nature (i.e. incontinence products and bedding) will not be accepted back for exchange or refund unless faulty.
We should receive notification of goods that are to be returned for a refund within 10days from receipt by the purchaser.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

All deliveries should be inspected for possible damage and if damage is evident, the carriers delivery note must be signed accordingly. Where it is impossible to check contents of cartons, the carriers delivery note must be signed as 'Unchecked'.
All damages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods, and original packaging must be retained for the return of the damaged goods.
