Wardles are a specialist independant appliance wholesaler that supply all products listed in part IX of theh drug tarriff.

We primarily supply Pharmacies and Dispenisng Doctors through our trade account and FP10 Agency Scheme.

We stock in excess of 4,000 product lines from over 150 manufacturers couped with a speedy delivery are able to offer an exceptional service.

FP10 Agency Scheme

Wardles are committed to working with local health care professionals ensuring that patients are always kept in the community and able to take advice from their local Pharmacist or GP. This will ensure that the patient can be monitored from product availability and usage perspective to enable both the patient and NHS meet the patients' needs.



Wardles operate the FP10 Agency Scheme that enables the Pharmacy or Dispensing Doctor to utilise the full services of Wardles including: Expert product knowledge Technical advice Next day delivery Split packs Product customisation



Using the FP10 Agency Scheme couldn't be simpler; once you have opened an account with Wardles you follow the procedure below:
  • Phone Wardles with the details of your account number and the products required ensuring any drug items are on a separate prescription
  • Wardles will request only the patients' name and after placing the order you will be quoted a unique number that should be writtne at the bottom of the Rx form
  • The goods will be despatched and usually arrive the next day - supplied free of charge
  • The Pharmacy or Dispensing Doctor then issue the product(s) to the patient once they are happy they match the original prescription
  • The Pharmacy or Dispensing Doctor then return the presciption to Wardles in the prepaid envelope provided, together with the tear off part from the invoice making sure the prescription is not endorsed or stamped
  • Once matched up Wardles will send this the the PPA and for handling the patient on their behalf Wardles will pay a professional fee to the Pharmacy or Dispensing Doctor
